Porter Industries, Inc. is a locally owned commercial and residential cleaning company that has served customers in Northern Colorado since 1967.
Our company began its operation out of a garage and a small office.
The company later moved to an office complex located at 418 E. 4th Street in Loveland, CO . We operated from this location for many years.
In 1997, the company built a new 9100 square foot corporate office, training center and warehouse at its present location - 5202 Granite Street, Loveland, CO 80538 .
The company provides services in Boulder, Denver, Longmont, Loveland, Fort Collins, Fort Lupton, Greeley, Windsor, Eaton and other Northern Colorado locations.
We are committed to improving the environmental health and safety for all our customers and team members. We believe this is the right thing to do! To demonstrate our commitment, we registered our corporate office under the LEED-EB section of the U.S. Green Building Council. In August of 2006 our facility was awarded a LEED-EB Gold designation. We were the first Building Service Contractor in the United States to earn a Gold designation.
